GCP > AWS > Azure for databases. GCP's BigQuery and BigTable are the best for SQL & NoSQL on a large scale. AWS DynamoDB is the 2nd best for NoSQL. Also Aurora from AWS is very good too for Postgress SQL in specific situations, but many people claim it isn't needed over Mariah DB.

are there free versions/alternatives available of these?

Can you comment on text search features between DynamoDB and FireStore? Knowing that on FireStore you have to pay a third party provider for such a service... Is there a workaround for FireStore at this time?
