This reflection taught me a couple things!

My mom was a narcissist so the way for her surface approval was to agree with her on everything! (Part of learning who I actually am is disentangling myself from her opinions)As long as you agree and contort yourself to everything she wants then you are worthy……I don’t blame her, she’s mothering like she was mothered and it’s an ongoing cycle! I just deeply regret I probably mother my daughter the same way. I try not to but generational cycles are not so easy to brake.
(My daughter already did tho. My mom had me when she was 18 and I had my daughter at 18. My daughter (Izzy❤️) is 20 and doesn’t want children!!

The rift between tantric self and concentric self is stylish. Yeah, I like it. Also, it should go away. I like it but it should leave. Concentric self dies not necessarily have tantric attachments. Yet the Tantric self does have concentric attachments. Know it, but know it better.

Uhm, Buddhism says there is no self while in meditation. You are the only individual in your meditation seat. Who are you to the self ? Don't bother answering.

Embrace the hatred within. Push the external hatred far away. Could hate be just as magical as love ?

Tara, enormous gain for self-esteem was gained as I catch criticizing myself and now systematically change my inner conversations & comments; a big change on the move as I noticed I accomplished a lot more with a studio show of my artwork; THANKS!

Just listened to this. My mum died recently . It’s a catalyst re calling who I am into question . As I rise I listen to this with headphones in first thing. My hand is on my heart & I hear all of your words and I feel them and I know I am stronger, I know who I am 🙏🏻

I just ate some bread with sunflower-seed butter and jam. I was really hungry after getting chiropractic work after years of needing it. I feel a lot better. I thank you for visualization of guardians that love me. And of reminding me to be gentle. Freedom. I get tired of thinking about injustices and harms done by others and what happens to so many.
