In sims 4 if the child/teen sim is fighting with another sim and one of their parents is around. The parent of that child/teen will get angry and if you have parenthood you can ground them for doing it

I Hate in sims 4 that after every mean interaction the sim has a big happy smile and even initiates a nice conversation with the sim that just assaulted them. Like wth? The sim should be temporally very mad and not intend any positive action because it makes it look like nothing bad happened. Imagine someone just slapped you and you smile and ask how's their day...

sims 3 or 2 take the cake for me

Slap in The Sims 1 alledgedly has a Different Animation based on the Gender of the Target, if Sim A and Sim B are the Opposite Gender, then the Slap would be a Slower "Weaker" Slap, but if Sim A and Sim B are the Same Gender, then the Slap is as showed, Fast and Hard

I like The Sims 3 fighting best, followed by Sims 2, and 1 last because as cool as the fighting was, I was shocked the first time one of my Sims disappeared. lol (While I acknowledge Sims 4 does have some cool features like the CAS, my computer suddenly doesn't have the 'drivers' to play it anymore. It wasn't that great to care about anyway.)

Fun fact: in the PlayStation 2 version of The Sims 2, there was an additional interaction called "give wedgie". It did exactly what you'd expect it to, but I find it interesting that this interaction was a PlayStation exclusive. There's no low Sony won't stoop to in order to get you to buy their consoles. 😁

The 2 looks pretty good, but the rest is like a 5 years old child's fantasy, not even life like... from a sims game what is about reality... baaah... ridiculous..

In Sims 2 the reaction from Sim receiving "fight" interactions is different depending on their grouchy/nice points, they may counterattack or cry. And of course as we can see in 4 a Sim can't stand idle for even a minute without checking their stupid smartphone, this is so annoying.

How has this game gotten away with never reinventing itself and only declining in quality for so long

The fact you can fight another sim literally out of existence in the sims 1 gives it the win for me, but honestly this is one thing they've been pretty consistent with in delivering well with each new iteration.

Didn't know you could invite that many people on your lot in Sims 2! Everyone was going crazy over that fight!
