Its been a big month for Volvo trucks. This interesting looking VNL and the new top model FH Aero cabover in Europe.

This truck is awesome hands down the best I've ever seen

For the European models we have the cabin smaller and smaller while in the US you cand go camping with your truck.... where is the inovation here???

800 dollar proprietary hub caps just be aware when you hear "proprietary" its a dangerous thing. Its nice don't get me wronf but its sooo expensive when it breaks.

Being able to drive that truck is a done deal, I would do that every day and drive across the country back to back, no problem whatsoever.

I have no need to a semi, but if I won’t the lottery, I’d buy one. It’s a beautiful piece of work.

Currently driving a 2021 VNL 860, acquired new. I detest Volvos. Worst, WORST riding truck I've experienced in my 23 years of OTR. The slightest air leak, affects the ride. And in previous models, the air line connected to the transmission, required repair of that connection, else the ride beat you up even more. This seat auto adjust during ride is unnecessary. When you have air leaks, the seat responds slower. For example, you get out of truck to open doors, you come back to truck back up and seat is now lower, which is annoying. You're now backing up, with your mirrors out of line or waiting for the seat to rise. Yes, Volvos offers lots of space and safety features. But if you've always been a safety conscious driver, it's not like the wheel has been invented. I think the cost in relation to what you get, isn't that impressive. I will say, I like the room and my version pulls with the best of them. Including Pete's and KWs, and that's at 35k plus. I waved at more than a few of them pulling grades. Not literally, of course. And with all Volvos I've driven, that mpg is test related, obviously. You'll not do as well running west across I-80 and similar, with 30k plus, with those crosswinds.
