I'm getting this error but on the twitch desktop app

This isn't the streamers fault is it? I tried doing all this and one of my viewers said it still didn't work. He says its something on my side but I told him its on his side cause I did these steps on edge cause I don't use chrome either, He uses Firefox tho..Can anyone help?

The Incognito trick works with the error and even eliminates almost all buffering issues ty man.
