Yes, I listen to him near daily. I needed this today.

Im struggling to know if i should home school my child or not, because of what is being taught in schools but i dont have an imcome and relying on my husband to bring in what we need which isnt enough for basic needs. I know if its his will, he will provide but if its not, it will be a disaster. I have a year to work out what to do. Ive asked, and prayed and seek god but i have not had a clear answer. How do i know what to do

What about if you have a deadline and really need to take a decision, and God is not saying anything?

This message reinforced the discernment of Want, Need, and Desire. They are 3 very different things. We need Food, shelter, water, air, family. We may want and Desire other things. I want and desire many things. The Bible says, " My God shall supply all your needs according to HIS riches in glory. He shall give HIS ANGELS charge over thee"
When a man/woman looks at me and says "you need" I'm sorry, I beg your pardon, the only need I have is my Father's Will. I NEED. GOD NEEDS the body to support the mission.

I can't give neutral discernment to my desire. I desire my children to be safe and happy and loved by me. How do I give neutral discernment to that?

God bless Dr. Charles Stanley. I have listened to his sermons for years. He is truly a guiding light. I know God and His Holy angels have prepared a home for him in the Kingdom Realm of Heaven. We will sorely miss him.

Ministers are the best at making things sound easy. That's why I think people no longer pay attention. We have learned that God is not merciful, does not hear prayer, cannot have compassion, and certainty does not help us in time of need!
