this project is aimed for everyday regular transactions not for your life savings and inheritance, different products have different usecases. If you have everyday regular people to use bitcoin over lightning this is pretty neat IMO , you have 2 keys which covers most usecases and in case you lose phone or HD wallet you can still recover things , which is pretty dope , plus block doesn't fall under money laundering regulations which is a huge issue if you want to offer a product across multiple geographies

So i will keep my bitcoin in my cash app and save 150 bucks 🤣

too bad you don't own your keys, but honestly, if you want regular people to get into it, you need to make things easy and not stressful, just the facts.
People will rather have their bank have custody over their btc just like they have over their money. a small portion will still self custody, but adoption will go the other way.
Unless something else like this but better turns out. Though I don't know how you could make things easy with self custody.

Great, I lost over $1,220 when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible.
