why even bother having higher MP camera if when you upload it gets lower res and when video recording, MOST PEOPLE just use 720 res coz of storage concerns

chipset is the main reason we buy and upgrade phones right? unless you're a camera freak

this is tempting to buy from a user of 5 year old zenfone 2 since i really want to retain the expansion slot and at least experience a flagship chipset in a midrange phone. the phone i really want to buy are zenfone 7 and s20 fe.

Lol what a joke, snapdragon 860 for 199 euros and he thinks they should add more value..the hypocrisy here is really big..

What do you mean you are confused about what POCO is trying to do with this phone?
They obviously released this phone for gamers. No company will ever give a chipset and GPU like this at this price segment. They downgraded the camera which is perfectly OK because gamers don't care about the camera. They want a smooth gaming performance which this phone is going to provide.

Could you test it with pokemon go? A lot of people are buying this for that game specifically. X3 NFC fails miserably with it, how about this one?

camera? who needs it this can be your 2nd phone for gaming , but the 860 is only good for high resolution like genshin impact others like ML , CODM , WILD RIFT dosent take that much speed from the processor. but the question is how long can you play genshin impact if your phone feels like a nuclear reactor, ive tried this in rog 2 it heats up and its not that great if you play it in a 30fps.

Poco X3 Pro vs Redmi Note 10 Pro. help me choose

I think I found a phone to upgrade to from my Poco F1. Faster CPU, a small dot instead of an annoying mono brow on the screen, and the thing I missed the most ever since I got that phone - NFC!
All the other upgrades are a nice bonus, and the downsides are perfect as they hardly affect me. Well, except for MIUI, but I can live with it for a few months before LineageOS comes out. :)

Its the worth it because of the processor chipset.

What's even more confusing (positively) is X3 pro does come cheaper than the regular X3 in some regions.

The changes to this phone vs the X3 NFC are obviously geared towards those who prioritize performance. To meet the BOM cost they probably had to look for something to cut costs on, and decided that most folks who buy in this category would still be ok with a 48MP camera. IP53 is probably still there as well but they just skipped mentioning it, or they skipped formal testing to save on costs and certification, but given how this still uses the same chassis and probably seals as well, I would expect it to fare just as well with water sprinkles.

Very compelling phone if you ask me. Even if I still love my Redmi Note 8 Pro and have no plans to ditch it yet, I'm kinda tempted to buy the X3 Pro just to give away as a gift to family.

poco x3 pro is for gamers and the fact that the price didn't change even more cheaper with that chipset means they care alot and listening to their costumers
