Need help, i tried to download a nfs game file and it opened cmd and closed immediately after that my laptop has been really slow lately,disk usage started moving for some reason and boot up and restart takes way longer now and i keep getting it keeps saying a blank app is preventing my system to shut down for 1 sec . I try so many anti virus app and it says my device is completely fine, idk what to do
