How to Use ChatGPT Plugins (Access, Enable plus Install Them)

I have only two things code interpreter and plugins. i don't find bing option

I've been a plus subscriber for quite a while now. I went into settings, and turned Bing and Plugins on. I logged out and back in. When I hover over GPT-3.5 or GPT-4, it still doesn't show Bing or Plugins features.

The UX design for this is one of the worst I've ever seen. Totally undiscoverable feature
