To anyone who has worked on a yacht or maybe even owns one like this, do they mostly sail close to land? And if they don’t how do you rig the boat for choppy waters? It looks amazing but all I can see is the beautiful decorations falling all over the place as soon as the first wave is hit.

What is the yearly maintenance cost

Pretty good walkthrough but I got lost about halfway through. Couldn`t pin point exactly where I was in the yacht. But I was still impressed by some of the rooms. That main deck/salon was probably my favorite.
