Just an out there theory but perhaps the reason this was cut was because 4Kids changed Dark Bakura’s personality a lot to the point that this scene would seem heavily out of character for him. In the dub he’s portrayed as more formal and mild mannered (up front at least), whereas in the original he was always more “primal” and coarse. In short dub Dark Bakura wouldn’t be the kind to rip into a large steak in two bites and complain it’s not bloody enough.

4kids are not wrong for not including this scene. How he eats the steak is too graphic. The dialogue is haunting but it would be funny if he said "this beats tacos and deep dish pizza, wish i had ice cream for dessert though"

Whenever yugioh leaves something out of from dub it always feel like some kinda of lost episode vibe people would theorize about. Probably because how well animated that scene was. (Tbh i kinda understand why it was cut out it does look violate but its just a peice of steak )
