UPSC “1 aug” को refrence date लेकर age calculate करती है। जबकी notification की date से age caculate करनी चाहिये।

ये natural justice के खिलाफ है।

ऐसे बहुत सारे aspirants हैं जो इसी वजह (1 aug) से over age माने जाते हैं और under age होते हुए भी 1 attempt नही दे पाते।
