DCUO: Do Controller Debuffs Stack?

I'm aware that everything stacks, but Math has never been my strong subject, and I can't see how you came up with these numbers.

I have a question. With the current meta pushing for buff trolls. Does that impact the potency of the debuffs? I ask because at least in the past, debuffs were fueled by how much dominance you have. But a buff troll specs primarily into health. So I was wondering how the lack of dominance plays with the effectiveness of the debuffs.

I've been told the omegahedron after the rework buffs player in groups. Reading the description it doesn't say it buffs group just yourself. Have you noticed if this is true and if so it's a possible troll buff art now...?

I have a question, does the reduced healing debuff work on any enemies in the game. So far I haven't noticed any difference of a mission with or without using a healing debuff power

It'd be nice if they'd add a tiny number under that defense debuff to dictate how many debuffs the target has. Or have it change color with 1-3 debuffs etc, just to make us trolls feel like we're actually contributing.
