Many people over the years have asked me what makes a great law office when a law firm treats you as an individual and makes you a part of their family. You know you're in good hands in my office. I have an open-door policy, which means, if you have an emergency, and you want to come in and talk to us personally, we're here for you we're here to take care of your case and if you need to come in, you don't even have to make an Appointment if you're a client you just come in.
In addition, we answer your calls and we return your calls. The moment we can. We have a 24-hour phone call return policy in the office. Another factor that makes a great law office is not passing on clients to other lawyers, which many lawyers do if need be, and I need to refer your case to another attorney.
I will tell you the moment you come in if you're here to do a workers compensation case, a motor vehicle accident or social security disability claim. I will not pass you on to any other lawyer, but if you're here to do an estate plan for a real estate deal, then I will, but I will tell you that up front.
