please make a video on overhead clear :)
ОтветитьThanks
Ответитьi am on a roll watching 4 vids in a row i m loving it
ОтветитьThank you so much 😊 as a C grade player myself my backhand clear was mostly wrist, which really hurt the wrist, this video helped me realise I was meant to rely on my forearm rotation instead. Ive only been playing for about a year now and this should help eliminate that weakness from my game
ОтветитьHere is something that I don't understand. 😶
In the doubles defence video that I just watched, it showed you both doing a side on split step.
But in this video you use a directional split step.
I understand why a directional split step is used. Bit I don't understand how you know which one to use, if you are doing a split step as your opponent hits the shuttlecock.
You literally can't know where it's going to go, until after you've done a split step (of some kind) and then seen which way the shuttlecock is going.
So is it best to do a side-on split step, see which way the shuttlecock is going, then very quickly change to the directional split step?
😵🤔
This situation often results in the shuttlecock going over my head and having to run backwards to get it, because I did normal split step.
Am I making sense 🤔?
Weakest part of my game; this helped massively. Thanks, guys!!
ОтветитьGreat vid boys... Definitely helps me out. 😉
