Thank you for your good enlightening video. So here in Germany the education and the Dosage recommendation of 800 i.e a day a joke.That's why I'm grateful for videos like this. Even in Turkey there is much better education, Although it is a very warm country. Because they know that people are closed and with headscarves outside and their skin is not exposed to many sun rays. I tested for 2 years at a level of 17 ng with a saturation of 100k units a day for 10 days, of course with K2 and magnesuin bisclicinate. After 10 days, my level rose to 42 ng. After that, I continued with 15k a day, and it went down to 39 ng. With 20k units it went up very slowly,I increased my dose to 20 k to 25 k units a day, at 125 kilos of body weight. It took a while, but my level increased to 96 ng. Now I'm back down to 15k with the dose to see how it develops. Unfortunately, the pharma Has a great control, so that the doctors do not see any need to educate people about what a long deficiency can triggers, Because you don't earn much from healthy people. Yo tomaba 10000 UI y me sentía bien, pero me dijeron que baje y me siento mal, se me cayeron las tapaduras de los dientes y ahora nuevamente aumente la dosis porque en mis análisis de sangre nuevamente empecé a caer de 85 a 79. Tengo dos enfermedades autoimnunes

Seniors have aged skin so, no matter how much direct sun we get it isn't enough to generate much D3, especially at higher latitudes - too bad this wasn't mentioned in the presentation, thumbs down.

From my experience what even experts seem to missing , in these sunshine areas of the world indigenous residents avoid the sun and cover up to prevent over tanning and turning darker. Yet because of the hype of so much sun providing sdequate D most see any need to use supplements. Knowing just enough to be dangerous

I use to compete in college w/ the debate team. In my persuasive speech comp I had a 10min argument about a sun phobic culture and vitamin D deficiency 😂 this was in 2002 people thought I was nuts 😂
I have my vitamin D levels checked every year. I also have an immune disorder, I love a doc trained in functional medicine.

Bonjour, Monsieur, J'ai 66 ans, j'ai toujours consommé du magnesium, maintenant je consomme aussi pas mal de la vitamine D3 1000 UI ainsi que de l'Omega 3 et ça m'aide contre les coups de couteau et toutes sortes de blessures, je travaille comme guarde du corps, jardinier, artiste-peintre et musicien, je me déplace en velo, bonjour les blessures, je mange beaucoup de poissons, légumes et fruits. Stay away from the Vitamin K2. Hardly anyone is ever deficient of it. It’s very easy to get in your daily diets from eggs, bananas, greens, etc. You would have to take unreasonable large amounts of Vitamin D to ever be concerned about calcification. Vitamin K also leads to thickening of the blood. This whole Vtamin K scare is just to sell you another supplement.
