ОтветитьI have been doing this bit of yoga for the past 3-4 days everyday after office, and I have to say, not only has it improved my neck and shoulder posture, I wake up the next day with a comparatively less stiff and painful back
ОтветитьI just wanted to relieve tension in my right neck/shoulder area.. and during the fish pose it opened up my heart space enough I ended up crying..😅 always a cue that I need to be doing more yoga

Ответитьthis was very painful for me. I've always been working remotely on my desk, but these past 2 weeks my neck was hurting very bad, and I noticed that it was kinda hunched forward. I usually use a big screen to avoid looking down at my small computer, but it was just so painful.

I’ve been going to a physio for 6 months for shoulder and neck pain and not felt anywhere NEARLY as good as I did after this yoga session today. Wow. I will be back regularly!!

This is my alltime favourite practice. I get so tense from anxiety and this always helps, sometimes it even prevented migraines from coming on. If you don't want to hear her talking and explaining just skip forward a little bit! For some of us is really helps with setting the right intention for our practice and making the best mind-body-connection happen. Thank you Adriene and lots of love to all of you. :)

ОтветитьThis practice is also really helpful for breastfeeding mommas❤❤ my upper back shoulders and even neck are definitely taking a toll in having to hold a 20 pound baby for feedings all day and night hahaha

Ответитьi LOVE this practice, esp since my neck & shoulders are where i hold a lot of stress. i have a request tho -- fish pose unlocks me when i do it right, but sometimes i don't feel like i'm doing it correctly. it seems like a scary one to get wrong; would you consider doing a foundations video for fish?
