Vade Retro, while underwhelming for a potential angel room item, is never an unwelcome addition if you aren't too attached to your current active item.
Definitely helps for big rooms with a lot of enemies clumped together if your normal shots don't have great crowd control.

Its crazy how people think that the reaper takes our loved ones away from us, but the reaper just… helps guide them along the path of the afterlife… and they also keep our loved ones company when we cannot.

wow the fact that the isaac boss has a special death animation when you beat it with samael where he dies is a cool secret even know isaac is dead edit:it also happens with the ??? boss ultra cool even know the only bosses that do not die die when you play him edit 2/2 things: i forgot little horn does not die and it seems like the lambs head dies in the same way as the isaac and ??? bosses BONUS: i found out that with the bosses that die by slice you can see the slice and samael jumps off the screen during it so i guess after he wins against isaac ??? and lamb samael is just like "nope" and kills them
