for any of you who are struggling deeply, the first and most important thing I'd suggest is to try to just be. Don't try to be yourself, that's not something you try or do, i don't think. It's just what you are, when you're not trying to be anything else. Just be, and let go of the rest.

forgive your body if it fears what you truly wish to do. know that you can, whether your body & it's wiring has caught up yet or not. tell it you can enough times, and mean it, and it will learn.

Yeah. I just remembered the time I yearned to disappear,and in front of me was a Philips telephone, someone had died,and nobody called.The perfect way to disappear is forgotten memories,the person who once existed but I was never sure I did, i noticed him once. He whistled a tune, I open dust from the drawer, and faces I never gave a fck about,all their faces are scribbled. One remain. A girl, someone I guess I cared about. I fill up the gas for 180 miles, the rain intoxicates the morning, the windshield asks the tears to pass. I try a thousand times to light the ciggerate but no windows open. Awaiting. That's all I can do. I can't tell the mist from the smoke.

Its ok to be sad once in a while.

For some, stark images of death (death toll abolished in UK already and should too in other countries unless for ugly crimes) can really affect people. People can die in their beds warm and smiling. We need to talk about deaths with dignity.
