The version of Cthulhu from "Underwater" ought to be on this list somewhere. (The movie never actually uses the name "Cthulhu" for the creature or "Deep Ones" for the smaller monsters that swarm around it, but the director has identified it with the Lovecraftian Great Old One.)

Actually the Giant Squid is estimated to be 18 meters long, however at least half of that length is the tentacles, still one scary sea monster that can definitely kill humans with ease.
Who knows, maybe there are even bigger specimens if you go deeper in the ocean, probably do not go to the surface anymore because of noise (aka huge ships, planes and submarines) or pollution,
Preferring the deep, feeding on other lifeforms in that environment, perhaps some Occasional Sperm Whales?
