Absolute garbage company. Still awaiting my refund after screwing my company over

Shockbyte is a very vary trash Company. Terrible customer service and will steal your money when they get the chance. When you ask for a refund they’ll have you jump around on tickets so they can conveniently say that you didn’t answer to their response message. Plus their servers are glitchy and don’t actually work. So even if they offer a cheaper price. Not being able to play the game is still spending money on nothing

Great company, their hosting allowed me to make a few hundred a month from my factions server back in 2015. Excellent performance and prices :) Found them as the top rated host on SpigotMC in 2015
