Gun gun yazicam arkadaslar ben ilk basta bir hafatada 2 kilo verdim yani 50 den 48.95 e indin sonra bes gun egzersiz yapmadim simdi 50 kiloyum ( yedim baya) bir haftada 5 kilo vermek istiyorum gun gun yazicam

I am almost 13 but am 50.4 kgs with height of 145 cm 😢 I have tried subliminals before but it didn't work... I have to loose weight and increase height.....😢
So from today I am going to start it. Will update.....
Have also downloaded and am tracking weight on Healthify Me.
My goal weight is 34 kgs. Almost 17 kgs needed to loose. Hope I reach it (cuz if possible I would like to be under 30 kgs😊)

So hey there i am starting this exersice and i will let u know the difference
Day 1 ✅ exhausted and i sweat alot this day and my legs are burning (did only 12 mins tho)
Day 2✅ did sweat alot than yesterday my body became very warm and my legs hurted alot probably bcz of yesterday exersice (dont know abt the weight)

i'm 170 cm and weight is 86.5
i want to be 67 i have a long journey but i'm actually want to be like this in 15/3 so i only have two months
but iam on diet already and i will do this twice a day and sometimes maybe three times a day i hope

Very beneficial workout when I saw this video i thought that i will try and then if it does not work then I will roast this workout but... After doing it just for 10 mins while taking breaks in between i check my weight and then i was shocked that my weight is reduced...... Mind blowing workout🙃🙃🥰🥰

My rules: diet eating half of what I eat , no junk food, drink water atleast 4 liter 1 liter hot water and one more exercise and also some exercise that increases height


I want to do it this with days hope it works
