Undertale is probably the only game thats played by almost every gamer, and still have unknown easter eggs after 9 years

Looks like the warmth and water allowed a tree to grow there, but I have 2 questions. 1, who planted the seed? 2, where did the nutrients come from?

For the tree, if you come back without putting water and then you put water, it works too

The fact i didnt know this after being a fan since release is awesome. Undertale has an absurd amount of love put in it and i adore it for that reason
