Your methods of installing heat set inserts hurt my soul.
ОтветитьLiterally precision p@rn!
ОтветитьHmm those inserts are not meant to be used in this application. You need to use inserts meant to be used for 3d prints. The ones your have are for casting.

ОтветитьДред, недоумение. И вопрос зачем?
ОтветитьVery inspiring, thank you for the video
Ответитьthe lathe chuck is gotta be a joke
ОтветитьThis guy would get fired from most shops for time wasting.
Ответить3d printers still make little sense to me. They are still largely toys.
ОтветитьThe drill template was a waste of time and material as well.
ОтветитьBuy a nice adjustable square. It will last longer and work better.
ОтветитьТоп 5 идиотических и бесполезных распечаток.
ОтветитьAnother solution looking for a problem video.
ОтветитьI'm am avid wood worker. My father just got a 3d printer. None of this is useful.
Better ways to build a stool with less work and the rest is useless.
Hello there! At 4.27" you are showing cutting the legs of the stool with a japanese saw. What is the jig you are using for that? I use japanese saws as well but struggle to cut straight and square! Do you have a jog for it?
ОтветитьPlease get a variable temp soldering iron for the heat set inserts.
ОтветитьWait ✋️ how did you time those threads in the thread puzzle?!?!
ОтветитьBeautiful video. I follow you also to take ideas for my channel
ОтветитьI kinda like your porn music. But it gets boring very fast.
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьThat table must be one of the coolest things I've ever seen haha
ОтветитьHow good is the self centering of the chucks? Looks very impressive
ОтветитьSUPER INCREÍBLE GENIAL ASOMBROSO. TE FELICITO POR LO GENIAL QUE ERES. SALUDOS DESDE ARGENTINA
ОтветитьTus vídeos son muy buenos, pero tienes demasiada publicidad.
ОтветитьDO NOT use 3d printed parts for anything that operates at a high speed. That lathe chuck is fine for some slower things, But it's dangerous to use that.
ОтветитьI watched with admiration. matryoshka screw
ОтветитьЗачем?
Ответитьso that's where all the threaded inserts went
ОтветитьI"m amazed by your GH skills... did You learned it all by yourself? Or maybe there is a source on web, where I can learn it? Can You share Your gh scripts? something simple... or maybe You should make a YT video out of it... ...please? ;)
ОтветитьIf you needed to make yourself a square, how did you cut the bits of wood square? xD
ОтветитьThe threaded puzzle seems pretty cool. I'm tempted to make one on my cnc lathe. The chuck at the end would make a neat desk toy but not too functional for much more than you showed unfortunately. Not rigid enough. But still well designed and a neat concept. These will go on my to print list for when I stop being so cheap and buy a printer instead of watching videos of people using theirs.
ОтветитьVery enjoyable content. Thank you!
ОтветитьWth? Those chucks don't make any sense 😀
ОтветитьVery interested in that threaded insert tool! Did you make an earlier video about that or are there plants/STLs anywhere? Well done and great video!
ОтветитьIf you sell the stools, then over time you might find more and more of your customers complaining about having loose stools. Lol
ОтветитьI like if you make something like mortise tenon tianli. It is excelente your work. Argentina
ОтветитьWhere could I download the STL files for the stud insertion tool? Love you designs. Thank for sharing.
ОтветитьPLASTIC FUCKING LATHE JAWS???? Are you actually serious right now? This may be the dumbest video I've seen in a long time. hahahaah Then you try to use it with a drill to do some sanding...hahaahahaahahhaahm, that is honestly the funniest thing I've seen. You couldn't even use it in the video because it sucks so bad. You had to reposition like 5 times and got zero actual sanding done.
Ответитьcan you elaborate which of these projects is useful?
Ответитьlol, that first jig for inserting the brass screw things...that is stupidly over engineered. Just use a damn needle nose like the rest of the world.
ОтветитьMore like wasteful shit I sell
Ответить5 Points for Ray Harryhausen Stopmotion Effects ;)
ОтветитьNice looking vid, though your depth of field is pretty shallow, which leads to lots of out of focus shots. Try running a smaller aperture (F-stop). You might need more light, but it would help with the focus issues.
ОтветитьА токарный станок сделать?)))
ОтветитьI'm also interessted to buy the stl files from the thread insert tool... It's possible to get this from you ?
ОтветитьThat thread insert tool is super cool! Is there a way to buy it? The design looks super useful. Thanks! :D
