Insane Deals on New Homes! Why Buyers Are Rushing to Clermont & Minneola Florida

We’re all waiting for the prices to be back under $300K, I have a family member who bought in 2014 in highland Ranch Clermont 34715 for $240K, and that is by far one of the most beautiful communities with high elevation next to hills of minneola. The last hurricane ran straight across all of central Florida, I liked central Florida and Clermont/Minneola because of the high elevation, but now that these hurricanes show they can hit any which way. I wonder why some of the homes are block on first floor and lumber on the second - other builders do block on first and second. Cost only?
