Qualified is better than certified.
ОтветитьSO incredibly helpful!! Thank you SO much!!!
Ответитьonce i got to chpt 5 is when when I started to get overwhelmed.🙃 Still stuck on it.
ОтветитьLeft audio channel only! Just in case this is a new error.
ОтветитьJust wanna say thanks for posting these videos. I used this one to study for my exam the last few days and passed it yesterday.
ОтветитьYou have helped me so much!! I am taking my test tomorrow 😬!
ОтветитьTrue Pro Thank You 💯🫡
ОтветитьI know the study guides a shortcut. But I realize that I have to read all the concert at least once to understand some of the concepts that you were speaking about. But I believe the goal was not to skip all the othe text but just not to hyper-focus on that other stuff and only on your highlights am I right about that?
ОтветитьYou’re videos are so amazing
ОтветитьGREAT CONTENT!! I’m so glad I found your channel! I’m currently working towards my CPT and it’s just overwhelming the NASM book! Thank you!🥰
ОтветитьI enjoyed listening to you. I have followed microcosmic orbits before. It has helped me to scan through my anatomy, and it helped me develop the prodigious frame of mind. Physical training can be an inspiring and satisfying experience.
ОтветитьIncredibly helpful. So grateful for the time and thought you've put into this. When I successfully pass the exam it will in large part be thanks to your efforts. I appreciate you!
ОтветитьHi. can you do a breakdown of how far percentage wise you should be at different times of study...example...I am a month into studying and am 13%....
ОтветитьMy exam is tomorrow so I've been watching a bunch of review videos, and I have to say that you by far have the best delivery and presentation skills out of all of them
ОтветитьThis is really bizarre. All other videos were loud and this one i can barely hear
ОтветитьHow do you get this study guide?
ОтветитьI was clicking on the Flashcards but the Sect 4 on just keeps repeating Sec 3
ОтветитьDo I need to buy the 7th Edition as well? I have the 6th addition but never passed the test 🤦🏾♂️ missed it by 3 points the first and 2 points the second time. My goal is to pass the test this year
ОтветитьPlease I not leave in your country, where did I have the book? Thanks
Ответитьyou state that the information on training energy systems in the NASM book Chapter 8 is very entry level, and I agree. Is there any course, information, or resources that you could suggest please? I am highly interested in this!
ОтветитьThank you so much for providing this FREE content!!
ОтветитьI'm so glad I found this video because I'm literally that person procrastinating section 3. By chapter 7 I was near tears. 😜
ОтветитьVery Helpful
ОтветитьPlease , how to have the book?
ОтветитьCrash course is an amazing resource and had a feeling that's what it was. I'm getting licensed in Massage Therapy as well as this program to provide recovery options, all the info is very similar when it comes to foundational stuff! Great content! I'm excited to put this under my belt
ОтветитьWow. I can’t thank you enough for this video. 🙏
ОтветитьTHANK YOU FOR THIS! I purchased the Self Study guided and should've purchased the guided study....because I failed the first attempt last year and recently purchased a retake for August 2023. I got a 61 on the first attempt...I was so devastated. But my issue was trying to memorize the questions and answers, which is most people who took the test said not to do. When I got my score back, I saw the Content Domain broken up in 6 sections and I was like...how am I suppose to know what to look for? This is not in my self study guide. I'm thankful I came across your video with the guide to help me know what to study for and really understand it, not just memorize it. My highest score was 70% in Professional Development and Responsibility, and my lowest was 33% in Basic and Applied Sciences and Nutritional Concepts.
ОтветитьI did the exam before finding this channel and I failed by only 2 points, after my first try I knew what to study because the print out says what % is going to be on the test so I studied the bigger % of the exam, even though I read the chapter 2 times before taking the test again I dint really understand the concept, then I was looking for a better source of studying and tip, I came across this channel and I loved it, I found it easier to understand everything and even more interesting than just reading it, I watch every video no matter the length or if I thought I knew it, I watch every playlist on this channel, thanks for explaining everything in a way that everyone would be able to understand and thank you for making videos like this, I am now certified and I would recommend this channel for everyone taking the course or planning to take the exam, 🙏thank you 🙏
ОтветитьAwesome, helpful video--THANK YOU! I'm taking the test on Friday, after NOT coaching for over 20 years. Looking forward to getting back into it, and really appreciate your help.
ОтветитьThank you! I watched this on my iPad while following along with the study guide on my laptop where I clicked links to videos for better understanding of certain topics. This has been so helpful. My favorite crash course video you shared was the stretch shortening cycle! It helped my understanding and was entertaining at the same time. Your video demos on balance and the one that addresses agility vs quickness was also especially helpful. I take the CPT test on 3/24 and I’m so glad I took the time to watch your video and review the study guide today.
Ответитьthis was so helpful, literally got through the whole thing in 18 days using this as a guide of when to brush over chapters vs deep dive
ОтветитьI should of been certified to be a trainer years ago. I generally love listening to this stuff and learning about workouts and Me having ADHD it's like hard to get me to sit through anything 🤣
ОтветитьWish the volume was louder. . . Maybe a re upload 🤔
ОтветитьFound it!
ОтветитьI cannot see study guide?
ОтветитьIn this video I'm not able to listen your voice
I Think there's my technical issues but i tried in other phone same problem is happening.
So what I do i want to listen 🥺🥺
Please help me
Thanks for the help! 🙏🏼 Passed on the 1st attempt in less than a month.
ОтветитьThank you so much , you do great job , thanks is less with all what you do for us, may God bless you . On 2feb my exam starts , hope i will do my best
ОтветитьThanks for the great content! Are the questions the same as the ones on the practice exams or are they worded differently?
ОтветитьThank you so much Joe, I have my exam in 7 days and feel that this video as well as your approach to things is really going to help me pass!
ОтветитьIs the digital NASM textbook CPT CERT 2023 printable?
I only will have a smart phone, so reading 300+ pages on a phone could be a challenge
"Not just get certified, but actually train clients.".......AWESOME! Exactly!
ОтветитьWhat is the name of the behavior psychology book recommended in this video? Also any other book recommendations on behavioral coaching
ОтветитьGoodie
ОтветитьJoe thank you thank you thank you. Seriously the best energy, content and the ability to teach is on point. I just passed my NASM CPT thanks to you for videos like these!!! Simply the best! 🎉
ОтветитьSO GOOD, thank you
ОтветитьThis is the best. These videos should be suggested by NASM to their online students IMO. This is helping me so much as far as course focus and understanding everything better than just a book knowledge.
ОтветитьI love this study guide. I intend to do the program within a month and a half. Recently coming out of nursing school, unfortunately did not pass on my 3rd semester. I have always loved fitness for the physical, physiological care and mental health aspect. Going into this, I am very familiar with the cardiovascular, endocrine, respiratory and musculoskeletal system.
My biggest question is, are 3 month’s anticipated for those who study casually and have no prior knowledge to these subjects?
I plan to watch review videos of each section to get a basic understanding. Read chapters in the book and focus on key terms and questions after each section. Then complete the practice tests, Quizlet, flash cards over and over and over again until the information is engraved in my mind.
