when i alt+tab my screen freezes or a black screen appears for like 2 sec, "disable fullscreen optimization" is unchecked too. please help

Guys, don't download anything, I downloaded it, following the instructions, I refused all the adds, and even so, I got several viruses and applications that I had refused, including Pinaview (Pinaview is a virus that will cause severe damage to your computer and if not removed as quickly as possible, it may cause permanent damage)
and in the end, I didn't even get the file that the video presented at the end, just viruses and applications that gave me more headaches instead of a solution

Bro, I have two questions 1- Before entering the match while selecting the agent, the agent does not appear when I select it 2- When I open the game, the loading screen takes about 3 minutes to enter the game, and also when I enter the match, it takes 2 minutes. my pc gtx 1650 i5 gen9 8gb ram The game has no problems and I get good frames but I want a solution to these two problems.
