This is what stand-up sounds like even after twenty years. Stand-up is a stupid waste of time where people make up important-sounding descriptions of their tasks and progress, which everyone either ignores or forgets the minute they're done talking.

Alternatively, in my internship's case, if our daily standup meeting isn't 2 minutes maximum, I can generally assume that someone got in a heated argument or they waited too long for people who weren't planning on showing up lol.
