please can any one explain the new problem with WF 1000 xm4 battery drain so fast in less than 10 menitues (the 2 buds and the case) even if its full charge without any reason and the case its hot now while charging even with witless charger ? FYI my headset i bought it since one year it was great and everything is smooth but suddenly this battery issue made everything useless now

Sorry, but it is a royal pain achieving and airtight fit for effective noise cancelling! After jamming and twisting these things in my ears repeatedly, the app may or may not tell me that I have an airtight fit. This re-adjusting and remeasuring with the app is outright painful. I hope the technology drastically improves in regards to the foam earbuds.
