Question, is it common for agents in the begining of their career to concurrently run two businesses until the real estate career demands 100% all in attention? I want to change careers and it's intimidating to go all in when the other business pays the bills... I like helping people and want to do it with my significant other who is truly in the Top 1% of producing agents (she is inspiring me).

You forgot to add you should not be a realtor if you are a leader that can think for yourself and see the whole organization will crumble down as it was designed by a financial system that is now a defunct corporation. Today your going to discover PearsonVu test taking centers are being investigated for illegal palm scans photos which take you face and illegal fingerprinting gathering not in their jurisdiction to do so, not giving full disclosure and selling your biometric data to Chinese surveillance companies and forwarding without disclosure selling you biometric data. Pearson vu in fact is owned by Nancy Pelosi Lobbyists. You are not by the Constitutional laws od the United States of America required to give any personal or biometric information to any 3rd party not affiliated with the State or Federal Governments. This is the same scam as Dominion voting machines but much worse. If you comolain to your Real Estate board that will act nonempethetic and clueless as they are selling your info and making ALOT OF MONEY DOING SO. The real estate and other tests are a fraudulent scam by our corrupt defunct US government. There will be a class action lawsuit coming soon. Promise. We are taking our country back! You have been sold to the corrupt Democrat and Republican parties. They are defunct!

I've been studying to be a Minister myself, and started a Ministry because I want to change the world. Especially in a time like this. But ever since I just caught whim of your videos, I'm just so thrilled. You even posted this video on my birthday I just noticed January 2, 1980. God Bless you Brother, these are great teachings. Kevin! This really helps me, man. I've been very confused about what to expect when I first start (I'm almost finished with my course) and you sharing your short story has given me some comfort and hached some ideas for me to succeed. I moved to a completely new world in Nashville from a small beach town in Florida and the further along in my course I get, the more anxious I become of having no choice but to thrive in the big city.

I'm also from a small west tx town (Odessa) and I moved to NRH in 2014 and only knew my uncle. Our stories are so similar, and I'm also very people shy and zero sales experience. I wish I would've found your videos sooner, but now that I have, hopefully I can put them to use and actually MAKE SOME MONAYYY!!
