Recently, Honkai star rail came out on PlayStation 5. I wanted my main mobile account to be on PlayStation 5, however they already made an account that was linked to my PlayStation 5 somehow but that account was also linked to my main Genshin account so when I unlink that account It also unlinked my main Genshin account from my PS5 and no longer have a way to login since I unlinked all the login from that dead star rail account to get rid of it since I didn’t need it or use it. now I don’t know how to retrieve my floating account back to my PlayStation 5 over 3 years of work.

I just wanted my main star rail account and now it cost my account. If I get my account back I’m never touching any other hoyo game again… ridicules!
