So doesn't applying the Pomodoro technique mean one is having these benefits? I don't think I'm the only one who has noticed that the Pomodoro not only helps with focus while studying, but also with the cognitive boost it provides.

I do a yoga nidra session for every two hours of studying and it helps me a lot i feel refreshed my memory is better and overall is just a good break
