Can the answer be written as x^2 + y^2 = r^2 or x^2 + y^2 = number, if the number doesn't have an obvious root in a non-calc exam?

I think all the equations when the center is not 0,0 are wrong

if you type the last one in a calculator it says 1.5, not 2.5

for the last two question would the answer have the units cm as its asking for the length or am i just overcomplicating it
