How to sell products ONLINE without INVENTORY

If a customer order only one product. How can we order it from Alibaba since the shipping fee is expensive from China?

Is there a way that you can have your inventory held in the u.s?

2 to 3 weeks is not a fast shipping time. Not to mention the time for you to fulfill and reship to customers. Be sure to consider this.

and what happens if the customer needs to return the product? They send it to you, then you need to return to the e-commerce company?

if you are ordering 1 item at a time from the vendor, they charge you the sample cost which is usually $80 to $200. No one makes profit off of this.

So you mail the product to yourself after it’s purchased so you can package it and THEN ship it to the customer?
