how can i Installier this app on my Oled Tv lg

The firestick does not detect an outside drive plugged to a TV - Google Chromecast for TV does. I'm looking for videos to make this happen for the firestick and it looks as though this particular option is not available. HELP

On my units, each efternoon when I get home and watch TV or pick a movie - it always has to reload the list of available programs. Is this normal or is there a way to save them by added a USB drive or ???
