I'm more scared now
ОтветитьGood stuff. Thanks for sharing.
Ответить😀
ОтветитьWhat i learned :
Add some flux !
The thing i think is so cool is the use of the more inexpensive cameras to view through. Years ago they would use a science scope ,a microscope with a long focal range so you had room to work. They cost in the thousands.
ОтветитьWhat is the ideal temperature for SMD soldering or de-soldering?
Ответитьhi freind please make a video of soldering flux
ОтветитьHello !
Which iron tip to use with 0201 capacitors?
Thanks for the tutorial! Lots of great information and ideas that I can use to help set up my SMD soldering workstation!
ОтветитьFor the last few weeks I learning how to use a YIHUA 853D hot air rework station I recently purchased. I enjoy the challenge of it even when I blow a 0805 resistor into the next room and can't find it. I got one of the Gikfun learn to solder kits. I have not started on the 0603 or 0402 packaged components yet. My 51 year old eyes are challenged enough at 0805.
ОтветитьWith the apparent, upcoming influx of desktop EDM machines, the soldering flux template you use at the end, could be custom made from home, so it becomes possible to design own PCBs and make flux templates for them. Thanks for a great tutorial btw. I've only seen how this is applied in timelapse version, so I've been utterly confused as to what flux to buy and how to properly use it. This makes all of that clear
ОтветитьI went to school for electronics and learn solder back in late 2000s, and Im just now hopefully getting a job where I would be doing a lot of soldering. This is a good review video.
ОтветитьThanks , a joy to find pro advice !☀☀☀☀☀
ОтветитьVery useful.
ОтветитьEnjoyed the video. Thank you.
ОтветитьI made it 17 minutes in before I realized he is saying “heat the pad” not “hit the pad”
ОтветитьAt first I disliked SMD soldering, but by now I find it easier than soldering through-hole components. Not having to thread the legs through some holes, turn the PCB around, solder, snip is so much better.
ОтветитьAlso the comment on this video too very informative.
ОтветитьInformative & brilliant on SMD Soldering I ever seen.
ОтветитьWhat temperature to use when using the flat tip with the soldering iron technique?
ОтветитьGreat explanation!
ОтветитьBest tutorial ever. Thank you🙌
ОтветитьThis helps me alot. Thank you bro god bless u
ОтветитьYour video is very, very helpful. It shows that soldering SMT can be done with a soldering iron. Thank you. Gives me confidence to try myself.
ОтветитьHelped a lot! Thanks
ОтветитьThe only problem here I see with this method is that he is not applying any flux to the component end prior to sliding it into the pad (which he previously added flux to).
I would recommend swiping the ends of the component with some flux before going as far as heating the solder on the pad.
edit- somewhere in the middle of the video he does apply flux to the component.
Also, when he's demonstrating how to solder some of the IC's using paste and heat gun he mentions that it's "the ideal way" but the ideal process is to use the stencil to apply the paste and then install the components AND then place them in a small oven or kiln that can ramp up to around 400C. That's what we use in our factory.
What is the overall temperature of the soldering iron, please?
ОтветитьDíky!
ОтветитьExcellent tutorial. Thanks to You, I managed to replace a component in TSSOP-16 package with my very primitive tools! Thanks again👍
ОтветитьA study class of worst soldering practice never to follow.
Ответитьwhat is that flux named?
ОтветитьI just need to solder a volume pot for my guitar but after this video I think I'm ready to solder a new motherboard for my computer. But first might be helpful to get a solder machine 😅
Thanks very much!
Good work
ОтветитьGreat video. I especially liked that you showed what can go wrong and how to fix it.
ОтветитьWhere do you get those tweezers
ОтветитьТут и без перевода всё понятно. Лайк.
Ответитьthis is the most thorough soldering instructional video I've ever seen. easily the most informative and instructional on this topic. THANK YOU!
Ответитьdo you have a link to the tweezers that you used?
ОтветитьThe video is good, but if the mask is supposed to protect against the toxic fumes, just know that it does not protect you. The fumes are toxic, there are no particles to be filtered by the mask, the air itself gets contaminated with toxic gases.
ОтветитьHàn còn xấu
Ответитьso what temp should we use for soldering?
ОтветитьGreat Video! I am glad to have found it.
ОтветитьHow about a micro zvs?
ОтветитьI would love to see a full review of the microscope
Ответитьsmd hard
ОтветитьWhat a great video, thanks!
