Create a Fillable Form to Submit to Email || Word Project

Is there a way for the form to be cleared so the previous answers are no longer there? or maybe a reset button?

I tried following your steps but when I was done and hit the Send button, it tried to open MS Outlook and send the email using Outlook. I do not know how to write code, but in your example code it says "Outlook. Application". I do not have nor do I want to use Outlook, so is there a way to modify the code to be used with the email software that I use? I use AOL, but I know others use Gmail, Yahoo, etc. I want the sent button to work with all email senders. Thanks
