Mavic Air 2 for me, does a phenomenal job.

I bought a Mavic Mini based on the size. I got the Fly More kit with 3 batteries, 3 bay charger and case that all of it fits. I can easily take it anywhere and the video quality will surprise you. I have flown it 2 miles away and back with no problem. My brother sold his Phantom and bought a Mini because the video was better and the "fun factor" was much better because of the size. The update that gives you manual control of the camera was a game changer as well.

lowly masonic truth aside, the mavic pro 2 is ideal but loses to the mavic air 2 for ONE reason only. Digital zoom. Add that to the Mavic Pro 2 and it wins clearly , by far.

I have the Mavic Pro 1 but I've only used it on a dozen shoots or so since I got it. Keep that in mind before buying a drone. It's kinda like buying a new GoPro. You think it'll motivate you to get out and try some exciting activities. But more often than not, it just ends up collecting dust.

I own the phantom 4 pro and have tried the Mavic 2 pro. It's sad that there is no major improvement in the last 4 years as far as the high end consumer drones are concerned...

ive never owned a mavic series for me i jumped straight to the phantom series phantom 3 professional and phantom 4 pro v2.0 i own both and they are the best for my particular need.

Air 2 is not just "almost too sharp", IT IS too sharp. Even the mini makes better photos & videos than Air 2. The camera is pure crap. Better jump straight to the Zoom or 2 Pro for which you know what you're giving your money on

Id basically not recommend any drone anymore in the UK!. The laws, legislation & public are so anti drone it's just to much of a pain!. I'm on my way to getting my ppl private pilots licence, so have done my air law, meteorological exams etc etc so I know all about safe use of drones etc etc so I always only used my Mavic in a very safe manner!. However I haven't used it in over a year because I just find the whole thing a huge pain!. Down in Brighton I live not far from there and each summer I used to see endless drones. But last summer and this summer (due to covid less evidential). But ya I have not seen one drone being used down here for two years!!!!!!. Furthermore if you search UK drone footage you'll find nothing new it was all uploaded like a year ago, right months ago!. The UK drone industry/hobby is effectively dead!. Don't waste your money on drones just not worth it.
