Yo the frame won’t twist the pistons move forward not side to side so all the power and torque will be all moving forward not side to side

Also u won’t need a rebuild depending on what the carbs look like u can use carb cleaner it’s way cheaper and it’s easier

This is beautiful i cant believe how far the kart has come! Can you swap the front and rear tires? Id run the stiffer golf kart tires with less grip in the rear with less than 20psi and the knobby tires in the front with around 5-10psi so you get a nice amount of predictable oversteer and a softer ride from the softer front tires.

Hey mate with the carbs you will have endless problems tuneing them. Easiest way to bet it is to order a sigma 6 or Dyna jet kit for open air box and open exhaust. I've use both but I would recommend Dyna jet.

That engine is not healthy at all. It won’t idle at all because it’s not running on all cylinders. I had a newer cb750 with an4-2 exhaust. It’s should pur not sound like a labored fart. Just my insite
