ОтветитьIs this exercise helpful to do while having back pain .I'm 20 years old and I'm having back pain for some months due to heavy lifting while working and pain keeps returning whenever I have to deal with water like washing, bathing and it's really difficult for me to bend or to do any normal activities . I hope you will reply to my comment. Can you please suggest me any exercises or anything. I would be grateful ❤

ОтветитьDr Jo, I've searched high and low for true beginners core exercises that I can do, and yours is the first where I can actually do most of the ones you mention.
