Why does this game feel so inferior to phantom crash

After so long I stopped playing the game after I lost my Wolf "wise haiku speaking" AI, and i searched for the same AI for so long and never find it

I really need to buy a ps2 JUST FOR THIS GAME ALONE...cuz I already have the one for xbox.

It's been awhile but my strategy was using the grenade launcher-like arm weapon made by the Egyptian maker I think.
The blast radius was really wide and strong, so I just stood behind a building or underground. Shooting at the wall, after 5 hits, even rankers wouldn't be able to take it.

Are the secret SVs good?

I usually always listen to the soundtrack of this game, but does anyone know the song during the Credits?

no it's fine! it is actually beginning to piss me off that I have no time to set up my studio for recording a Let's Play.... right now I am posting Audiosurf and Robot Arena 2 as fillers until I am able to start up again....

actually I am taking a small break from it before I continue..... School work and stuff like that are actually hindering my ability to do much in the way of let's plays....

lol i still play this game every now and then and yes the sword can kill most enemies in one hit. My sword is at H-80 and with my Wolf chip bonuses (410/420 LV) it deals 11029 damage. The thing is with melee weapons is if they land they tend to land multiple hits, not just one.

After you beat Lynx though in the Second Ranker match, you find out that Boogeyman's Chip JOL was the culprit. JOL, or his real name Jack O Lantern, used to belong to the administrator of said site, and wanted revenge on everyone who had caused the guy to commit suicide. You help JJ defeat JOL in the First Ranker match, Embryo is okay, and it is implied in the ending credits that though what happened has shaken humanities faith in chips, everything turns out all right in the end.

Well, after you beat all of the regional rankers, you end up beating the Third Ranker, after that you find out that Embryo was attacked by Lynx outside of London. It turns out Lynx, along with Skeln, Flint, Sin, and those other murdered Wire-Heads such as Hot-Rod and Houston all bullied the administrator of that rumbling site that was brought up into commiting suicide. It is then Inferred that Lynx killed everyone to protect his reputation. read other comment

My ass they'll be killed in one hit, there's SV's out there with like 25000 armor or more. I've never been a fan of melee weapons. Especially the samurai sword. The problem with it is it sweeps the sides but not the center... So you end up sitting in front of a SV missing it constantly. If I were to ever go melee i'd choose the plasma thing on zwergs. It EMP's, does good damage, and hits directly in front of you. However, if it works for you in master rank, to each his own.

Not stupid at all. Chips are really confusing when it comes to how they level up and which level up fastest. Most stats cap out at 99.99 though. My Tiger chip at 253 has a speed level of 23, skill of 66.4. I usually don't put time into training speed, as the only way to do that is to use grenades... I think. If you want to train your chip to be very mobile, look at buying a KHT.

Enjoy burning 2 hours pressing X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X x2450 times to sell, then doing the same thing to buy them. Not to mention the probability of accidentally selling your option mods. Not to mention the next day thing takes like 15 minutes on it's own. I did the stock market "cheat" on my first game. In the two games after I wasn't so noob and could get my credits legitly. Also, i'd way rather shoot up people for 15 min and get 6mil credits in master rank than stare at The Mechanist.

the storyline gets really eerie lol. i love the storyline.

@Gstinger206 Tight man. I've always wanted to try phantom crash. If you're looking to get a PS2 they're really cheap nowadays. (less than $50). And SLAI can be found for cheap on amazon. Do your shopping online and not at gamestop, and you can get a good deal.

@Danverno lol, I never have a problem with bogeyman or anyone other than Lucas in master rank. I havn't played SLAI for a few months though. I'll make another video.

@darkguy376 a +99 shoulder machine gun did it.

@darkguy376 It's the Elint-Re and is a custom paint kit so you can't get it (same goes for the rest of the world rankers). It's actually the best SV in the game for training a chip for guns. But combat wise(same with all the secret SV's), it sucks. It's fun to use though. I'll post a video once I get my shitty dazzle hooked up.

@Zeldareavealed Oh, and one more thing. I think if it were to have a sequel in this generation of tech, I think it would sell nicely. Have some demos on PSN or w/e, more trailers, and what-not. I know they can do it because SLAI was pretty fun, despite the unbalanced mechanics and odd framerate.

@Javier8247 I completely agree, but it's unlikely since SLAI didn't sell well to begin with. If they're not going to make a sequal to Jet Force Gemini, i doubt they will to SLAI.

SLAI really deserves a sequel. The plot is just amazing..

@Lyecdevf The percentage you have complete is how many items you've owned (at least 2 of all modules and all paint, decal, and secret SV's)

You say that this is the end of the game. I am 1st ranker now but when I go under statistics it tells me some thing odd. According to it I have completed less than 70% of the game. What does that mean? The story is over and I am playing the game just for fun. Did I miss some thing and there are some other secret rankers that I need to locate or some thing?!
