Yes he is infinitely weaker than a gorilla. But when you grow up fighting gorillas and jungle cats you are used to going against a giant 10x a man's strength. That is why Tarzan can toss and beat up human men so easily. Its like an mma fighter training with men 20-50 pounds over their weight, fighting against similar sized men would be easy.

It's amazing how Hollywood can still inundated the masses with the racist Tarzan which had been reproduced over and over again to make believe this a great movie as entertainment for your children and use actors like Samuel L Jackson to legitimize the film.

This was a good movie but what's with the whole "Tar-Billy-Willy" thing? Why do they keep calling him Tarbilly?

what i actually think is that the only thing that was wrong in every depiction of tarzan was his body ,being raised by apes and living inside the jungle as a gorilla he should be more muscular .the depictions as i heard from some people mentions him ripping buffflos or something so emagine tarzan like dwane jhonson or arnold or Lasha Talakhadze that could have been reasoned well

To be fair, being a gorilla, Akut fought honorably considering he's an ape.
Gorillas are just vegan bodybuilders. Chimps on the other hand are psychopath chainsaws with thumbs, for they maim and terribly destroy and punch any enemy they fight with their arms, meaning chimps will attack and tear the enemy's arm off and proceed to punch the enemy with the aforementioned amputated limb.

Even if Tarzan had the ability to defeat Akut he never would. Akut needs to show strength as the leader. Tarzan can't just back down though. He had to show a realistic fight so the others would never doubt their leader.
