E-scooters will become legal to use on public roads from 20 May 2024. The campaign relies on humour to give serious road safety information in relation to the Rules of the Road for e-scooter use. The campaign is set in an office environment where we see colleagues welcome the newbie. The colleagues are dressed up as various characters such as a bus, truck, car, motorbike and bicycle and the newbie e-scooter. We see the characters interact with each other while humorously highlighting six of the rules of the road that apply to E-scooter use.

The six rules that the campaign highlight include:
1. You must be 16 years or over to use an e-scooter.
2. E-scooters must not exceed 20Km/h.
3. E-scooter users must not carry goods or passengers.
4. E-scooters are not permitted on footpaths.
5. E-scooters must follow the same rules of the road as people who cycle.
6. E-scooters should be treated with the same care as people who cycle.
