AMD Ryzen 5 3600 + RTX 3070 — Test in 10 Games! [1080p, 1440p, 4K]

Bro please reply i have bottlenecks in ac origins if i go to the areas where people density is high my cpu usage shoots up and gpu lowers amd fps drops to 40's i though it will be resolution problem but even in very low settings at 720p i get the same result
In desert region even with 2560x1080 ultra high settings i get approx 90 fps

Hi there everyone!
I must be missing something here. In every comparison video I’ve watched the 4060ti and the 3070 come real close in terms of FPS generation and general performance in games, both 1080p and 1440p; sometimes one of them gets a little ahead of the other, but we’re talking like 4 FPS or so (10 at most, but what is that when we’re somewhere between 100 and 150 FPS?).
On the other hand, the 4060ti consistently remains about CPU 10º C, GPU 5-10º C, 100W, and some system RAM usage lower than the 3070 (far as I’ve seen).
Also, I’m tired of reading about the 128 bus width, scarce VRAM and all of that, but the numbers are still there…for the same money…
So, would someone be so kind as to enlighten me and explain what all the bellyaching is actually about? I swear I don’t work for Nvidia.
I come from a Gigabyte GT 710 2GB (yeah I know, I know) and I wanted to upgrade. Just today I bought an ASUS Tuf Gaming 3070 OC V2 REFURBISHED, mind you, so in the event that I have to return it for whatever reason the lower temperaturas and power draw of the 4060ti might appeal to me if performance is equal…I’d be playing 1440p TOPS.

1440 and 4k will perform same even with r 5600 or i9 12000k 😂

I have no idea why i only got 80-90ish on 1080p VeryHigh [2xMSAA], reseting my graphic settings, updating my gpu driver doesn't do anything.

Is a 3600 ok at 3440x1440p or should i get an 5600 for rtx 3070?

How do you have such low temps on your GPU?

great video, ive got this exact gaming setup, gpu thermals are even better than here, but my r5 3600 gets really hot while gaming and even idle... reaching 87C (max i got was 90!!) under heavy load and about 55-60C while Idle, you got any tips on how to improve those temps? maybe increase the fanspeed in msi afterburner? im not very experienced there tho so i didnt wanna tweak anything yet... would appreciate an answer!

So if I gather correctly, at 1440p there is no reason to upgrade from a 3600x to a 5800x.

I have the same specs (ryzen 5 3600, 3070) but I would really like it if you could do the same specs but on horizon zero dawn? Because I’ve been getting fluctuations in my GPU usage in that game and I would really love to see what performance you would get on that game. I’ve been stressing about it for months tying to fix it and every other benchmarking channel is fake other than this one

Good tests, I saw others you made and nVidia needs much more cpu power to use 100% of GPU.
AMD cards runs better on older cpus just like hardware unboxed video explains.
