Hi Natasha! Thank you for your delicious recipe! I have a question ! If I leave a part to bake another day and I leave it in the refrigerator, how is the process to cook them. I remove the dough from the refrigerator and I have to wait for them to cool or put some other ingredient, so that the dough softens.

Thank you so much for this recipe! Grains and Grit actually recommended your recipe as a base for fresh milled wheat berries! I ended up using 3 1/2 cups spelt (fresh milled needs a little more) and used sugar cane for the regular sugar and even with the conversion to fresh milled flour they were a HIT! I gave up on cookies a LONG TIME AGO because they always came out flat. But even with my butter too soft (due to a warm kitchen) they still rivaled hubby's cookies! Thank you so much! You have started to become our new "go-to" whenever we need a recipe even for meals! Like the philly cheesesteak sandwiches or the smashed potatoes.... keep up the great work!

I tried these for me and my family right now everyone thought that they would be bad because of my last cookies I made 😅 but when they came out of the oven they were delicious I loved them and my family. Also we are going to the beach tomorrow for my siblings game this will be a great treat in the car! I have tried around four cookie recipes here in the UK. They’ve been good, excellent in flavour but greasy which has disappointed me. I am going to try this recipe next. I really hope they’re as wonderful as they look!

I noticed you use baking powder all the recipes I’ve ever made were baking soda what’s the difference in the final cookie?

In written recipe there is 1 tsp baking soda and in video you added 2 tsp of baking powder. Now what should I add.

Hello in your video you tell us 2 tsp of baking powder and I see in you recipe you list 2 tsp of baking soda which one is it because they do not taste good with the baking powder for sure. I just wasted to batches of ingredients. I love watching your videos and cooking….but this was disappointing 😱
