Radioactive promo is a solid concept it just released at the worst possible time making it terrible, it should be one of the first two promos of the year to help build starter squads

They need to start dropping evos that only upgrade things like work rates, position, playstyles, WF/SM with little to no stat boosts. That way they don’t have to worry about people getting 90+ cards off nothing but we can still make our teams more flexible
