ОтветитьHi Jake, I followed your instructions for setting up a Custom Shipping Profile and applied it to specific products. However, it's not applying the Custom Shipping for those products at checkout? Do you know why that might be?
Ответитьso just to confirm can I add both custom rates AND carrier rates? or does it have to be one or the other? If I add both, will customers see the option on their end to pick from either one? or how does it work?
Also when I'm adding a package size, is Custom Package used for Custom Rates, and Carrier Packages are used only with Carrier Rates that you've set up earlier in your video? Does it really matter? Can I use a custom package for an order with a Carrier Rate?
