Which of these would you pick for Dialogue?

I went to buy t5v but ended but buying HS8 that sounded more open and impactful

I have the Yama Hs5 and the Adam T7V. I use the Yamaha to mix especially the high and midrange. After the mix I put on the Adam T7V to check the bass

I visited my local music store with the intention of purchasing the Yamahas, but upon experiencing the sound quality of the Adams, I was compelled to select them instead. Their superior performance was undeniable.

Small suggestion - make the sound comparison clip length shorter. I.e - switch back & forth more rapidly. Ideally, go one step further and REPEAT exactly the same snippet for each speaker, so we get to A/B exactly the same content.

I've watched/listened to your comparisons of the HS5 with the Rokit 5, and now the Adam T5V... and to my ears there is definitely more mid to upper mid information apparent with the HS5's. I'm pretty sure they are my pick.

Thanks for this very detailed review. As I owned both I know the issue of missing the mids on the T5V and the high/low ends on the HS5. My question is now: Are there any speakers you would recommend that includes all of it?

I am planning to buy one of these and from listening to your review I am going to choose the yamaha! The wasn't much different but I thought the yamaha was overall clearer more detailed and I will be making alot of acoustic style music like piano and guitar so not so base heavy! Thanks for helping me !

which is best for hyperacusis?

I don't know what lens or camera settings you are using but the speakers are out of focus. You should change the aperture of your lens so you and the speakers are in same focal plane (higher f stop). Just a suggestion.

call me stupid, im a newbie, but i think adam audio t5v sound better, with HS5 i will try to crank up more towards low and high ends, which on multimedia speaker or in my car it will sound muddy...

Yamaha hands down..not even close
