ОтветитьWorked for me. Fluid was empty. Put in break fluid to full and pumped the clutch like 50 times and 30 minutes later it worked

ОтветитьCrude video but exactly what I needed to get my 92 Accord moving again from a parking lot. Exact same symptoms resulting from low fluid level in the clutch master cylinder reservoir. Had to get a straw and transfer fluid from the brake reservoir and pump the clutch many, many times. Certainly warrants further checking of the system, but got me home. Thanks!

ОтветитьI have the opposite problem. My gears shift properly but will not run for some reason. It's like my clutch got stuck in neutral, and never poped back into place. I can actually shift to all gears while my engine is running without using my clutch pedal. Has anyone had this problem? It's a 99 ford ranger.

ОтветитьMy 2000 Honda Accord had the exact problem and I did what you said and now my car is working perfectly. Thank you so much! I was calling around for quotes in Washington and the cheapest I found was $600 and I was able to fix it with a $2.50 bottle of dot 4 break fluid. Fantastic video!!!!!!

ОтветитьWas bleeding my clutch ( A class W168 A160 2002 ) and did not wait 10mins for my car to equalise as have the sealy 40£ cannister pump. Opened my clutch bleed walked out and after 7mins all my clutch oil (dot 4) was out of my car as only air was coming out. Before this I pumped to 12psi and ignorantly opened the connector trying to get that airtight thing going and got dot 4 all over the side of engine with master cylinder reservoir. After a successful bleed I thought where I had to go Halford again and buy more dot 4 this time I waited for the fluid to come out the bottom and close after no more air in the system and now my clutch pedal is on the floor not returning without a helping hand and my gears being hydraulic as they are won't budge. I think I need to open the master cylinder cap and top up with dot 4 as I compress the clutch this video gave me this idea thanks.

Ответитьmy clutch break fluid is full..there is pressure on the clutch i can start the car but the clucth wont go into gear.i can go into gear while car is off just fine thru all gears but when the car is on it wont
Ответитьsimple thing i m doin automobile engineering the fix for hydraulic is to change master and salve cylinder..if u can change gear when engine off...coz if ur clutch is bad or worn out ur clutch pedal is so hard to press..for non hydraulic check the tension of the wire......coz when u press the clutch these cylinder give push to the gear transmission...
